Project Overview

The construction process was challenged by the narrow 4.7-meter wide site, located on a busy road with limited access. Firma successfully implemented a bespoke building strategy, constructing from boundary to boundary and using in-situ concrete for both walls and suspended slabs. Special engineering solutions, including a custom-designed internal platform, were developed to facilitate safe and efficient formwork installation above neighbouring properties, avoiding the need for external scaffolding. This project stands as a testament of innovative urban construction, ensuring a robust execution under complex conditions and enhancing the property's luxury and functionality.
