Project Overview
The renovation involved a complete overhaul of 20 hotel rooms, incorporating high-end materials such as stone, timber, and brushed nickel to achieve a luxurious finish. Each room was outfitted with smart automation features to enhance guest comfort and experience. The ECI process allowed for meticulous planning and coordination, ensuring all materials were procured on schedule, and construction activities were aligned with hotel operations to minimise disruptions. Despite the challenges of working in a live environment and adhering to strict noise restrictions, the project was delivered on time, transforming the rooms into a haven of luxury and comfort for guests.
