The project included the restoration of original features and the addition of modern elements such as internal gas fireplaces, a large double shower ensuite, and a state-of-the-art kitchen. External enhancements featured robust concrete bench seating and a custom-built outdoor fireplace, creating a functional yet aesthetically dynamic entertainment area. Challenges included adhering to heritage conditions requiring the preservation of visible chimneys while modernising the interior spaces. Firma's careful planning and innovative construction techniques allowed for the integration of new structures with the old, preserving the home's character while providing modern comfort and functionality.
